A BOUTIQUE STUDIO IN THE HEART OF CAMDEN

​At Show Oz, we believe in providing the community we love with the very best performing arts education - ranging from a series of dance classes (Jazz, Tap, Contemporary, Lyrical, Hip Hop, Acro, Cheer and Classical Ballet) to Ballroom, Latin and Bridal, Musical Theatre and Drama to Vocal, Piano and Guitar classes. All classes are CCTV streamed to our waiting room for your enjoyment.

Our lovely studios also house Superior Elite Cheer is a Australian All Star Cheerleading Federation (AASCF) squad, Mac Physie, an Edith Parsons affiliated Physical Culture Club, and Camden Valley Physie, a WZ affiliated club. Show Oz Studios offers examinations for Classical Ballet, Jazz and Tap. Our classical ballet students are educated and examined with the Royal Academy of Dance (RAD), while our Jazz and Tap students are educated and examined  with Ballet Australasia (BAL). ​

With over 80 classes per week, there is a class for every performing arts student! If you just can't decide, why not try our Unlimited Group Class package. We accept Active Kids and Creative Kids vouchers. We offer opportunities in Concerts, Musicals, Community Performances and Eisteddfods for all ages.

​Come and visit our boutique studio in the heart of Camden at 3/31 Cawdor Road Camden. Our reception is open from 4pm to 6pm weeknights, and we'd be delighted to meet you.

COMMITTED TO QUALITY EDUCATION

Ahow Oz Studios offers education and examination with the Royal Academy of Dance for Classical Ballet. With over 13,000 members’ spread across 89 countries, The Royal Academy of Dance (RAD) is one of the largest and most influential dance education and training organisations in the world. The Academy’s patron is HM Queen Elizabeth II. RAD Membership supports the advancement of dance and includes professional dancers, students, teachers, benefactors and friends. Established in 1920, to improve standards and re-invigorate dance training initially within the UK, the Academy helps and encourages its teachers to perfect their teaching skills and pass on this knowledge to their students. There are currently over 1,000 students in full-time or part-time teacher training programmes with the Academy and each year, the examination syllabus is taught to more than a quarter of a million students worldwide.
 
Show Oz Studios offers education and examination with Ballet Australasia (BAL) for Tap and Jazz. BAL aims to offer syllabi that provide encouragement and success to students of all abilities with varying aspirations. The syllabi (particularly Tap and Jazz) incorporate a variety of styles, from the traditional to the newest trends, with the aim to develop versatile dancers. BAL’s patron is one of Australia’s leading performers, Rachael Beck, a multi-faceted, award-winning powerhouse whose talents span across stage and screen, as both an acclaimed vocal artist and actress.
 
Superior Elite Cheer trains to the Australian All Star Cheerleading Federation (AASCF) standards. AASCF is an organisation for All Star cheerleading coaches & athletes around the country dedicated to the promotion and advancement of All Star Cheer & Dance as a respected athletic discipline and sport. AASCF is one of Australia’s most prestigious event producers offering championships all across Australia from June to November with the sports crowning glory being AASCF Nationals where near 2000 teams from across the country compete for the coveted title of National Champion. AASCF has been the driving force in the development and expansion of the Australian All Star Cheer & Dance community since it was established in April 2005. 
 
Camden Valley Physie is a WZ Physical Culture club. WZ Physical Culture is a friendly, and welcoming association, encouraging both individual and team involvement for all members. The girls and ladies pride themselves on placing equal value on both being competitive, and fostering friendships, which promotes a strong sense of sportsmanship between individuals and clubs alike. You’ll receive endless encouragement in weekly classes, celebrate personal successes and team triumphs, experience club spirit at competition time, forge life-long friendships, and most importantly – you’ll have a lot of fun!
 
Mac Physie is an EP Physie club. Generations of Australian women from different backgrounds and of all abilities, love being a 'Physie girl'.  Through childhood, study, having children and grandchildren, through their busy jobs and busy lives, girls and ladies of all ages value and return to the fitness, friendships and fun that Physie brings. There is a saying among our Physie family "once a Physie girl, always a Physie girl". Founder, Miss Edith Parsons, began her Physie career as a pupil at age 16 and in the following years she competed in numerous Champion Girl competitions as well as becoming renowned as an excellent teacher. 
In 1961 Miss Parsons (or 'Teach' as she is affectionately known) branched out on her own to establish the Edith Parsons School Of Physical.
